The habit tracker is a simple but effective tool to help you observe your own behavior and establish new habits. You can use a habit tracker for probably pretty much anything from setting up a morning routine (that’s where I learned this tool from Hal Elrod) or eating more veggies, making sales calls or whatever.

The habit tracker worksheet is a wonderful tool. It is one of many self-coaching tools I use with my coaching clients.
